We place great importance on fair play and a clean gaming experience. To better protect you from rule violations and process your reports more efficiently, we have just launched our brand-new user report system!

🛠️ What's new?
From now on, you can report misconduct (currency sales, insults, hacking, botting, etc.) directly in the game. Your reports will immediately land in our new admin interface and will be prioritized by our team.

• Easy reporting: Use the in-game menu by clicking on the icons. Visible when you click on or whisper to a player.
• Live feedback: As soon as a team member takes on your case, you will receive a direct notification on your screen!
• Transparency: You will be notified immediately when your report has been successfully completed.

📢 How it works:
When you report someone, you will receive a confirmation in the chat. As soon as a GM reviews the case, a big notice will appear so you know we are taking care of it!
